1.  Mr. Jason Bock, residing at 919 Jackson Avenue requests a variance to permitted size of accessory structure, from 800 square feet to 1,200 square feet as defined in Sec. 17.02.010 of the Kremmling Municipal Code. 

2.  Mr. Marvin and Mrs. Deloris D. Sanchez, residing at 313 20^th St. request a variance to permitted size of accessory structure, from 800 square feet to 896 square feet, as defined in Sec. 17.02.010 of the Kremmling Municipal Code.
